About Brian Wilson
My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

London Chamber of Commerce
I am a proud member of the London Chamber of Commerce, which provides the opportunity to network with other business people, and source out prospective buyers and sellers in and around London. All the while gaining exposure to referrals from successful business owners and key players for large corporations. This translates into better customer service to all of my clients, as I can offer them exposure to a wider network of potential buyers for their properties, and at the same time I have developed key contacts that I can provide to my clients for their various needs.
Thames Centre Volunteer Fire Department
Outside of Real Estate, I take great pride in being a volunteer fire fighter in Dorchester, where I live with my wife and son. This great community service gives me the chance to give back to the people in the area, and gives me a great sense of pride and accomplishment.
Supporting Charity
I take pride in being able to assist different charities each year in their noble causes towards improving our communities and/or peoples lives. In 2006 I raised over $800 during my participation in the Bell Walk for Kids Help Phone. So far in 2007, I've raised $700 for WWF-Canada during my participation in their yearly CN Tower Climb. Helping out these worthwhile charities is my small part towards making our planet that much better for all of us.
